Currently working as a Data Engineer at University of Illinois at Chicago(Graduate Education in bioMedical Sciences), he helped with the digital transformation of the department by creating an end-to-end data centric application for the department which resulted in easy handling of the data and gain insights by running statistical and Machine Learning models. He graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago in May 2020 Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Prior to this, Ankit was an Application Developer Analyst at Accenture where he had the opportunity to work for a Fortune 300 client to help gather and engineer data from different sources making sure it is clean, complete and consumable by the Data Analytics team. Outside of work, he likes to play piano, read books, and work on personal technical projects and blogs.
